Full-time #Hubspot Marketing specialist job. Your role is to create cold email outreach sequences sent through #LinkedInNavigator. The intention is to generate legitimate “ready-now” sales calls. This role is a blend between an #emailmarketing specialist and a LinkedIn specialist.

You must have a strong background in sales copywriting for digital lead generation in at least one of the following channels: social media, content marketing, email marketing, or paid ads. Outbound phone sales experience is a plus. 


  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients facilitating weekly calls and regular email correspondence
  • Build buyer personas, identify buyer pain points, and create appropriate messaging matrices
  • Manage and build various LinkedIn InMail lists through LinkedIn Navigator
  • Segment lists based on behaviors and demographics
  • Write sales copy for outbound email sequences sent through LinkedIn Navigator
  • Create LinkedIn groups and help design and implement LinkedIn company profile pages for our clients
  • Curate client and 3rd-party content to create a content calendar which will distribute the content to LinkedIn group members each month
  • Analyze and measure results and optimize
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through LinkedIn Inmail
  • Manage a small team of virtual assistants who manage the execution of the strategy you will create


  • Candidates for the role of LinkedIn Outbound Specialist will be required to have the following experience and skills:
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
    • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
    • B2B sales support experience
    • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
    • Experience in direct response style copywriting with a history of proven results.
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
    • Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Navigator
    • Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google SlidesExperience in demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging
    • Experience working in #HubSpotSalesHub and #HubSpotMarketingHub
